DAY 1:

-Departure / Non-stop BWI to Shannon, Ireland via Air Lingus

DAY 2:

-Arrive Shannon Airport.

-Mass TBA.

-North to Galway stopping to visit The Cliffs of Moher ( the Grand Canon of Ireland).

-City tour of Galway City and Galway Bay ( free time in the afternoon for walking and shopping in Galway).

-Dinner

-Overnight Imperial Hotel Galway.

DAY 3:

-Visit at Croagh Patrick.

-Followed by a tour of the Connemara Peninsula and Kylemore Abbey Mass at the Abbey.

-Dinner

-Overnight Imperial Hotel Galway.

DAY 4:

-North to Mayo - Our Lady of Knock Basilica.

-Mass at Knock time TBA.

-Visit Ballintubber Abbey on return.

-Dinner

-Overnight in Galway.

 

DAY 5:

-Am Mass at Clonfert Cathedral (St. Brendan) in Galway Clonmacnoise in Offaly site of St Ciaran on towards Kingscourt Co Cavan to Cabra Castle Dinner in the castle dining room. (jacket and tie NOT required)

-Overnight Cabra Castle.

 

DAY 6:

-Leave Cabra travel toward Boyne Valley in County Meath, Visit Hill of Tara. Onto Drogheda.

-Mass and Visit, St. Peters, site of St. Oliver Plunketts Head.

-Free time for lunch in Drogheda.

-Arrive Dublin early afternoon for city tour of Dublin: St. Patrick’s Church) and Christ Church; Whitefriar Steet Carmelite Church (remains of St. Valentine); Dublin Castle; St. Stephen's Green .Including. Customs House. Finishing at Trinity College - (Book of Kells and Book of Durrowa).

-Free time; Dinner

-Overnight Dublin, Camden Court Hotel.

 

DAY 7:

-AM Mass then south to Wicklow to visit Glendalough / Founded by St. Kevin.

-Back to Dublin early afternoon.

-Free time

-Evening to include Dinner and Jury’s Cabaret entertainment.

-Overnigh Dublin.

 

DAY 8:

-Leave Dublin travel towards Kilkenny.

-Visiting the Rock of Cashel.

-Dinner

-Overnight Hibernian hotel Kilkenny ( Or Waterford, TBA)

 

DAY 9:

-Leave Kilkenny travel to Waterford visit factory.

-Continue west to Blarney, Blarney woolen mills and then onto Killarney.

-St. Colman’s Cathedral and monuments to the Lusitania and the millions of immigrants who left Ireland from this port Dinner.

-Overnight Great Southern Hotel Killarney.
